The BilaEmpower Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an Indigenous specialist support service collaboration between Legacy Counselling and Warida Wholistic Wellness  designed to help employees with personal or work-related problems. We focus on providing this help in a way that respects, is informed by and includes First Nations cultures and perspective

We are a team led by First Nations Allied Health professionals. Our approach blends traditional Indigenous wisdom with counselling practices, ensuring that our services are culturally sensitive and inclusive.

What We Offer?

  1. Counselling Services: We provide confidential counselling to help with issues like stress, family problems, mental health concerns, and more.

  2. Cultural Support: Our services are uniquely tailored to include and respect First Nations cultures, helping you to feel understood and supported in a culturally safe way.

  3. Workplace Support: We also offer support for work-related issues, including conflicts, stress, and career concerns.

How It Works?

  1. Confidentiality: Our services are private and confidential. You can talk to us without worrying about your privacy.

  2. Easy Access: You can access our services easily, without the need for a formal referral. Approach your HR team to contract us as an EAP service.

  3. Professional Team: Our team is made up of experienced First Nations Allied Health professionals with an Indigenous Healing Practitioner focus.
